Job summary

Future Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead model coordination on a major data centre project in Germany. You will work with design and construction teams to deliver integrated BIM delivery on a high-profile development.

You will manage multidisciplinary BIM models, perform clash detection, and support resolution with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams. On-site work in Germany is expected, with BIM standards and data environments driving the process.

Qualifications

• Experience as BIM Coordinator or BIM Technician within construction or building services.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience coordinating models and resolving clashes across multiple disciplines.
• An understanding of BIM standards, common data environments and document control processes.
• Data centre, pharmaceutical or industrial project experience would be beneficial.
• Willingness to work on site in Germany.

Are you an experienced BIM Coordinator looking to play a key role on a major data centre development with an established international general contractor?

Join a growing business delivering technically complex projects across Germany and Europe. This is an opportunity to work closely with design and construction teams, coordinating BIM delivery on a significant development with scope to progress as the business continues to expand.

You’ll support the coordination of civil, structural, architectural and MEP models, helping resolve design issues before installation and ensuring accurate information reaches the site teams. This role would suit a BIM Coordinator or an experienced BIM Technician looking to take the next step into a broader coordination position.

Your role will include:
