Job summary

ConSol Partners is recruiting a BIM Coordinator to support digital modelling and coordination across infrastructure projects in a hybrid Leipzig-based role. You will develop BIM models, interpret drawings, and ensure model quality throughout project delivery, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has BIM modelling experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, familiarity with Navisworks, and German B2–C1 plus good English.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support digital modelling and coordination activities across infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity for a technically skilled professional with a background in BIM, construction or civil engineering to contribute to the development and coordination of accurate digital models.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate BIM models using relevant modelling software.
• Interpret technical drawings, existing plans and project documentation to create accurate digital representations.
• Support BIM coordination and model quality assurance throughout project delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in BIM modelling and coordination.

• Background in construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• German language proficiency at B2–C1 level.
• Good command of English.
• A structured, detail-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
