What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Assist viewers through phone and/or chat with their inquiries.
  • Provide account and application support, including questions related to software functionality.

Your qualifications

  • Have a high level of German (C1 or native) and English (B2) (oral and written).
