DESCRIPTION
WORK LOCATION: This is a remote, home-based role. Permanently working from home from any location in Ireland.
PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory for the candidate to reside in Ireland or be willing to relocate there.
Contract: 6 months

We are seeking Investigators to evaluate transactions, safeguard our customer base, and maintain high standards of customer experience. Investigators will handle duties related to online e-commerce risk assessment and mitigation.
The team operates in shifts, including weekends, to cover Amazon’s 7-day-a-week schedule. Shift timings are confirmed post-training, so flexibility is required.
The Customer Trust and Partner Support (CTPS) team works to make Amazon the safest online marketplace. They safeguard transactions and develop risk management systems to build trust.
