Join us at Job refresh GmbH as a Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) für Mandantenbetreuung in our expanding Kanzlei in Offenburg.

We are looking for a dedicated Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) to handle financial and payroll accounting independently in a modern, innovative Kanzlei in Offenburg. The position is full-time (4-day workweek, Monday or Friday off) or part-time.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Managing and advising your own clients, handling their financial and payroll accounting (DATEV). You will maintain close contact with clients, communicate openly, and be their first point of contact for questions.
• Preparing tax returns and annual financial statements, keeping track of your clients' business transactions.
• Collaborating closely with your team, taking on specific tasks in small groups, and regularly sharing results with colleagues. You may also stay informed about industry updates or join the Kanzlei's social media team.
• Participating in the biweekly Kanzleimeeting to discuss client cases and address open questions.

What you bring to the table:

• Completed training as a Finanzbuchhalter/in or B. Prof. Bilanzbuchhaltung.
• Good intuition for your clients and the ability to communicate on equal footing.
• Enjoying accompanying innovations and staying current in your field.
