Your Role

You will be part of our dedicated in-house media team responsible for delivering top-tier media plans, engaging consumers with our iconic brands, and driving business results alongside brand managers.

  • Execute digital campaigns end-to-end in social, search, and/or eCommerce environments, including design, setup, implementation, pacing, optimization, and evaluation.
  • Make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and enhance performance through analysis, tracking, and ongoing optimization.
  • Take full responsibility for campaign reporting and present insights on impact and effectiveness to media planners and brand teams.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, bugs, and training; report issues or opportunities for ecosystem improvements.
  • Collaborate closely within a diverse team, especially with Marketing Technologists, to enable and execute a consumer-centric data strategy, understanding data structures and flows across systems.
  • Lead special projects related to innovation and digital trial plans.
