Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Tender Manager to own the end-to-end proposal process within a B2B software/energy context. You will steer Go/No-Go decisions, coordinate across teams, and craft the commercial narrative for compelling responses.

Share your years of tender/bid management experience, exceptional German and English writing skills, and a structured, deadline-driven approach. AI tools familiarity is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of tender management or bid management experience.
• Experience in B2B software or energy sector preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple complex processes in parallel without sacrificing quality or deadlines.
• Excellent written communication in German and English.
• Understanding of how commercial proposals work: pricing logic and value arguments.
• Knowledge of procurement processes in regulated industries; energy sector a plus.
• Structured, independent, and deadline-oriented working style.
• Strong process and systems thinking and drive to build scalable workflows.
• Curiosity and openness to learning and using AI tools.
• Fluency in German and English; both languages required.

Aufgaben

• Lead the entire tender process—from Go/No-Go to final submission.
• Coordinate responses across teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Co-develop the commercial narrative in proposals: structuring narratives, value arguments, and response logic.
• Improve proposal quality by developing and maintaining standards for proposal structures, pricing narratives, and value propositions.
• Build institutional knowledge around tendering and proposals.
• Manage post-submission activities including Q&A coordination and win/loss reviews.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire tender process — from Go/No-Go assessment to final submission
• Ensure every response is strategically prioritized, well-coordinated across teams, and submitted on time
• Co-develop the commercial narrative in proposals: structuring narratives, value arguments, and response logic
• Improve proposal quality by developing and maintaining standards for proposal structures, pricing narratives, and value propositions
• Build envelio’s institutional knowledge around tendering and proposals
• Manage the entire post-submission process, including Q&A coordination and structured win/loss reviews

Requirements

• Several years of experience in tender management, bid management, proposal writing, or a similar role — ideally in B2B software or the energy sector
• Ability to manage multiple complex processes in parallel without compromising quality, deadlines, or stakeholder coordination
• Very strong written communication skills in German and English
• Understanding of how commercial proposals work: pricing logic, value argumentation, risk framing
• Knowledge of procurement processes in regulated industries — experience with procurement in the energy sector is a strong plus
• Structured, independent, and deadline-oriented working style
• Strong process and systems thinking and drive to build and continuously improve scalable workflows and standards
