Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Develop and manage the beverage department budget.
• Supervise programs to reduce and control loss time injuries.
• Schedule staffing to maintain positive guest experiences.
• Train staff, conduct interviews, manage performance, and handle disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate and supervise department financial data.
• Review beverage activities and promotions with the Beverage Manager.
• Monitor performance against local competitors.
• Meet with departmental directors and managers as needed.
• Ensure knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws, Health Department, OSHA Regulations, and Gaming Regulations.
