Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the organization, management, and optimization of all logistics processes for a logistics center and an external warehouse
- Leadership, motivation, and development of employees
- Sub-project responsibility for the expansion project of the logistics center
- Ensuring on-time and high-quality processing of all orders
- Monitoring and optimizing inventories with inventory responsibility
- Steering logistics KPIs and continuous process improvements
- Close collaboration with other departments such as material planning, purchasing, sales, and production
- Implementation of quality, safety, and environmental standards
Qualifications
- Completed studies in logistics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of logistics processes and modern warehouse management systems
- Successful experience with large logistics expansion projects
- High initiative, structured work style, and assertiveness
- Reliability in meeting commitments and deadlines
- Proactive, convincing, and engaging communication
- Good IT skills (SAP with emphasis on EWM/TM, MS Office, etc.)
- Good English skills
