Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. As a Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and monitoring production processes, and optimizing them for pipe manufacturing, fine sheet fabrication, connector assembly, and GFK adaptation.
2. You will ensure machine availability and initiate measures in case of malfunctions.
3. You will support the department management in implementing modernization projects.
4. Collaborating with interface partners, you will develop technical solutions to improve work safety and machine performance.
5. As a point of contact for engineering, you will find solutions for implementing technical details within your production environment.
6. Preparation and support of internal and external audits are also part of your responsibilities.
7. You will assist the master in topics such as occupational safety, cost optimization, quality assurance, and reducing throughput times.

Profile:

1. You hold a completed technical or university degree in production engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable qualifications.
2. Several years of professional experience in submarine construction, shipbuilding, or plant engineering are required.
3. Process knowledge regarding pipe/lüftungsbau manufacturing is desirable.
4. Technical skills in the mentioned activities are essential.
5. Good knowledge of German and English is required.
6. You demonstrate initiative, creativity, independence, and enjoy working in a team.
