Job Description

Responsibilities

1. As a Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and monitoring production processes and optimizing them for pipe manufacturing, fine sheet fabrication, connector assembly, and GFK adaptation.
2. You will ensure machine availability and initiate measures in case of malfunctions.
3. You will support the department management in implementing modernization projects.
4. In collaboration with interface partners, you will develop technical solutions to improve work safety and machine performance.
5. You will serve as a contact for engineering to find solutions for technical details in your production environment.
6. Preparation and support of internal and external audits will also be part of your tasks.
7. You will assist the supervisor in topics such as occupational safety, cost optimization, quality assurance, and reducing throughput times.

Profile

1. You hold a completed technical or university degree in production engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable qualifications.
2. Several years of professional experience in submarine construction, shipbuilding, or plant engineering are required.
3. Process knowledge related to pipe/lüftungs construction is desirable.
4. Proficiency in the mentioned activities is a prerequisite.
5. Good German and English skills are expected.
6. Initiative, creativity, independence, and joy in teamwork complete your profile.
