You will design data architectures for stationary battery storage systems (end-to-end / sensor-to-cloud)
You will create a (streaming) data concept (internal / towards the customer) regarding (temporal) resolution, access control, visibility and retention
You will work with various departments to implement a market ready overall solution
You will establish standards for data classification throughout the company (e.g., according to RR Norka)
You will coordinate with stakeholders regarding data requirements - what should be stored/visualized where
You will align interfaces/APIs for data exchange with other systems (BESS controller, site manager, cloud)
You are on top of change management regarding ever changing component and data point requirements
You will support BESS operational data analysis to improve performance characteristics
You will design and implement configuration management for our stationary battery storage systems
Qualifications:
University degree in data/computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Hands-on experience with current methods, architectures & tools for processing and storing high frequency time/value data for commercial applications
Knowledge of renewable energy systems, energy storage, electrical energy systems, and energy markets incl. Li+ batteries desirable
You have a highly organized work ethic and can handle multiple projects and tasks in parallel
Strong creative drive and technical leadership skills
Good communication skills
Experience in project management
Good English skills
Willingness to travel
