As a Presales Engineer , the candidate serves as the technical lead during project execution, ensuring seamless integration of battery energy storage systems (BESS) and alignment with customer expectations. The position bridges engineering, project management, and client engagement-supporting the delivery of cutting-edge energy solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Integration Leadership : Oversee the integration of BESS equipment during project execution, ensuring technical compliance and operational readiness.
• Client Interface : Act as the primary technical contact for key utility clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, sales engineers, and after-sales teams to align technical solutions with customer needs.
• Process Development : Define and implement project execution procedures, including health and safety protocols.
• Training & Support : Deliver technical training to clients and partners during commissioning and handover phases.
• Market Awareness : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the European BESS landscape, including emerging technologies and competitive trends.

Candidate Profile

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Experience :

Minimum 2 years in an engineering role, ideally within the utility-scale BESS or renewable energy sector.

• Familiarity with project execution in the European energy market is a strong advantage.
• Technical Skills :

Solid understanding of battery storage systems, power electronics, and grid integration.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Soft Skills :
