SPIRE, in partnership with PERI, is seeking candidates for a berufsintegrierten Master program at SIBE. If you hold a Bachelor's degree and are eager to apply your knowledge practically while creating value for a company, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Team and Role

The Global Procurement department acts as a service provider and sparring partner for internal clients, emphasizing customer focus, quality, cost awareness, and process excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing international procurement processes
• Leading cross-departmental projects
• Preparing and managing documentation and presentations
• Supporting project implementation and process improvements
• Organizing and conducting workshops and training sessions
• Assisting in software and tool rollouts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, Industrial Engineering, International Business/Management, or similar
• Practical experience in purchasing or project management is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and process affinity
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
