Qualifikationen

Our berufsintegrated project-competence study offers the perfect combination of work and study! You will be involved in a challenging and exciting project for two years within your project company.

As a strong partner in project consulting, recruiting, and further education, we at the Steinbeis Center of Management and Technology (SCMT) support you in finding the right project company and successful application process. Your berufsintegrated Master’s studies are conducted through the Steinbeis School of Management and Technology (SMT) at Steinbeis University.

Responsibilities

• Creation, maintenance, and evaluation of monthly management and performance reports based on meaningful KPIs
• Responsibility and coordination of the company-wide budget and forecast process
• Management of our Business Intelligence system and reporting tools
• Preparation of ad-hoc analyses focusing on sales, margins, and relevant costs
• Implementation and support of continuous process improvements (KVP)
• Product and customer group controlling
• Calculation and preparation of cost-benefit analyses for larger projects
• Comparison of planned vs. actual figures and error analysis

Profile

What you bring to your project company

• Optional: Experience in IT consulting, business process analysis, or project management
• Solid understanding of information technology, including systems, databases, networks, and applications
• Interest in new technologies
• Strong analytical skills
• Deep understanding and interest in business processes

Requirements for your studies at Steinbeis SMT

• Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field, with very good to good grades
• Excellent German and English skills (at least B2 level)
