AS AN OCCUPANCY MANAGER ...

  • ensure quick and competent processing of interested parties and advise them on the services of our residences
  • create home contracts and manage our sales database
  • accompany interested parties until move-in and maintain contacts with guests, relatives, and caregivers
  • maintain close contact with multipliers through regular field service
  • be responsible for planning and executing public relations events and networking
  • develop marketing measures together with our central marketing team and create content for our social media pages
