As an occupancy manager ...

• acquire new residents through regular outreach and close contact with multipliers for our residence
• ensure quick and competent processing of inquiries and advise on the services of our residence
• create home contracts and manage our sales database
• accompany interested parties until moving in and maintain contacts with residents, relatives, and caregivers
• are responsible for planning and conducting public relations events and networking
• develop marketing measures together with our central marketing team and create content for our social media pages
