YOU:

AS AN OCCUPANCY MANAGER...

• you acquire new residents for our residence through regular field service and close contact with multipliers
• you ensure quick and competent processing of interested parties' inquiries and advise them on our residence's services
• you create home contracts and manage our sales database
• you accompany interested parties until move-in and maintain contacts with residents, relatives, and caregivers
• you are responsible for planning and executing public relations events and networking
• you develop marketing measures together with our central marketing team and create content for our social media pages

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• enjoyment in field service (within a radius of up to 80 km)
• pleasure in advising interested parties and acquiring new residents
• an understanding of marketing as well as communication skills and organizational talent
• confidence in handling MS Office
• driver's license class B
