AS AN OCCUPANCY MANAGER, YOU:

• acquire new residents through regular field service and close contact with multipliers
• ensure quick and competent processing of inquiries and advise on our services
• create home contracts and manage our sales database
• accompany interested parties until move-in and maintain contacts with residents, relatives, and caregivers
• are responsible for planning and executing public relations events and networking
• develop marketing measures together with our central marketing team and create content for our social media channels

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• enjoyment of field service (within a radius of up to 80 km)
• pleasure in advising interested parties and acquiring new residents
• understanding of marketing, strong communication skills, and organizational talent
• confidence in using MS Office
• driving license class B
