Job summary

CXG connects premium brands with a global network of evaluators. In this role you will visit luxury stores or evaluate online, spending about 20 minutes per assignment, selecting missions that suit your preferences, and providing insights on ambiance, service, and customer experience.

You can work flexibly from home or on-site, collaborating with iconic brands across industries. No prior experience required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers, and there is potential reimbursement

• Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

About the Role:

• Flexibility - each in-store visit takes approximately 20 minutes, giving you the flexibility to complete multiple assignments
• Frequent opportunities - perform several missions per month and collaborate with some of the most prestigious brands worldwide

• Choose your assignments - align your missions with your personal preferences and profile
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online - engage with sales associates in the stores or online from the comfort of your home
• Observe carefully - check the ambient, service quality, and overall customer experience
• Provide honest feedback - use our platform to share your observations through questionnaires
