Responsibility for the success of the POS together with your manager and team according to KPIs and sales targets.

Professional, personalized, and unique customer advice following DIOR guidelines.

Building and developing a strong and exclusive customer base.

Commercial training in retail or a comparable qualification.

Several years of professional experience in the premium/luxury sector (retail, hotel, gastronomy, or similar).

Understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury market or a strong motivation to learn about it.

Fluent German and good English skills; Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic skills are an advantage.

An open, confident personality with sales and communication strength.
