Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Sales & KPI
   - Grow product sales in store
   - Understand sales KPIs, basic SOPs, and brand structure
2. Customer Service
   - Provide excellent customer service as per Clarins standards
   - Recruit new customers
   - Foster loyalty and repeat purchases
3. Product & Inventory Management
   - Participate in store operations
   - Have basic knowledge of product sales and KPI analysis

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience or recent graduates are welcome
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Passion for beauty and skincare
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude, team player
