Responsibilities

• Carry out professional cosmetic and beauty treatments as well as wellness massages with our depot partners VINOBLE, VOYA, and BIOLOGIQUE RECHERCHE based on the SPA-ROSA concept.
• Advise and support guests professionally in the selection of SPA-ROSA offers.
• Maintain the treatment rooms and ensure their cleanliness and readiness.
• Promote and actively offer care products from our depot partners as well as services from the SPA and fitness area.
• Convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a state-certified beautician (m/f/d) and/or relevant professional experience.
• Additional training in body treatments is an advantage.
• Positive charisma and enthusiasm to engage guests and colleagues.
• Warm and competent demeanor.
• Responsible and professional working style.
• Sincere guest and service orientation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High initiative and sales talent.
• Good knowledge of English.
