Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the contact for our quality management system, occupational safety, and environmental protection.
• Support error analysis and define corrective and preventive measures using your expertise.
• Advise on internal goal setting, monitoring, and reporting related to quality management and adjacent IMS topics.
• Prepare and conduct regular certification procedures within internal and external audits, and track necessary measures.
• Manage IMS-related documentation and reporting, including KPI analysis and communication.
• Facilitate workshops to design and optimize processes collaboratively with our teams.

Your Profile:

• Ideally, you have several years of experience in IMS, process, and quality management, with qualifications as an internal auditor or similar.
• You are proficient in complaint and error management and modern quality methods.
• You possess strong knowledge of quality management, and ideally energy management, occupational safety, and environmental protection.
• You are analytically structured and maintain an overview.
• As a reliable team player with excellent communication and consulting skills, you are well-prepared.
• You have fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
