Aufgaben

1. Planung von anspruchsvollen Parkhausprojekten - alle Fachdisziplinen planen gemeinsam in einem interaktiven 3D-Modell
2. Erstellung von Entwurfs-, Angebots- und Ausführungsplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit allen Projektbeteiligten
3. Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Bauantragsunterlagen
4. Abstimmung und Koordination von Fachingenieuren (m/w/d) sowie verschiedenen Planungspartnern bei GOLDBECK

Profil

1. Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bauzeichner (m/w/d), Bautechniker (m/w/d) mit Fachrichtung Hochbau
2. Erste Berufserfahrung in der Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanung (Schwerpunkt LPH 1-5)
3. Sehr gute CAD-Kenntnisse (idealerweise Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD)
4. Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten
