Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter, Aufsichtsperson, Bauleiter oder Maschinenführer ist von Vorteil.
• Physische Belastbarkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit.

Aufgaben

• Führen von Facharbeitern (3-6 Kollegen).
• Organisieren und Überwachen der täglichen Bauaktivitäten.
• Betrieb und Wartung moderner Baumaschinen.
• Umsetzung von Bauplänen unter Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsstandards.
• Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und Kommunikation mit Projektmanagement und Kunden.

We are looking for:

Vorarbeiter / Baustellenleiter / Maschinenführer (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities after extensive training:

• Leading skilled workers (3-6 colleagues)
• Organizing and monitoring daily construction site activities
• Operating and maintaining modern construction machinery
• Implementing construction plans while adhering to all safety standards
• Documenting construction progress and communicating with project management and clients

Your profile:

• Completed craft training (e.g., in construction, machinery operation, civil engineering)
• Some experience as foreman, supervisor, construction manager, or machine operator is preferred
• Physical resilience, willingness to travel, and team spirit
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, and independent working style
