Vorarbeiter / Baustellenleiter / Maschinenführer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities after extensive training:

• Leading skilled workers (3-6 colleagues)
• Organizing and supervising daily construction site activities
• Operating and maintaining modern construction machinery
• Implementing construction plans while adhering to all safety standards
• Documenting construction progress and communicating with project management and clients

Requirements:

• Completed craft apprenticeship (e.g., in construction, machinery operation, civil engineering, etc.)
• Previous experience as foreman, site manager, or machinery operator is desirable
• Physical resilience, willingness to travel, and teamwork skills
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, and independent working style
