Hauptaufgaben

Develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates upon receiving project assignments from the supervisor. Perform professional engineering work on projects, conduct site surveys, take measurements, produce sketches, and record field notes to prepare detailed drawings. Prepare survey reports detailing existing conditions and construction requirements. Make technical recommendations, prepare specifications, and determine material quantities. Review studies, specifications, and plans from other sections within the Civil Engineering domain. Prepare itemized cost estimates, derive prices from suppliers, and study construction publications. Review and prepare technical drawings and computations, supervise contract performance, resolve technical issues, and ensure contractual compliance. Prepare scope of work, estimates, and reports related to design and negotiations. Obtain necessary approvals and supervise the performance of A-E contracts as Contracting Officer's Representative. Review submittals, consolidate review comments, and accept final plans for the US Government. Prepare after-design memoranda and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifikationsanforderungen

Must possess a German driver's license class B, office automation skills, and CAD knowledge is preferred.
