Role Overview :

As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will be at the helm of the daily onsite operations. From coordinating and overseeing inbound shipments to managing warehouse processes and equipment processing, you'll play a pivotal role in meeting customer commitments and regulatory requirements.

What you'll be doing :

• Be the first point of contact for national and international customers.
• Act as the vital link between the sales team, battery recycling services, and logistics partners.
• Handle order management from entry to invoicing, with a focus on Europe-wide transport coordination.
• Optimize service processes, ensure quality standards, and navigate waste and hazardous goods regulations confidently.

What you'll need :

• Relevant experience in logistics planning and/or customer project management.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in the Essen / Dortmund area, Germany.
