Job Description

What you’ll do…

1. Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
2. Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
3. Know your product & systems inside out.
4. Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service.
5. Be more than a Bartender - willing to lend a hand and help the team as a whole.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for…

1. A thirst for knowledge - be it product, service, or everything in between.
2. Basic knowledge of wine, spirits and preferably beer.
3. Previous bartending experience in a buzzy environment.
4. You are flexible to work on rotative shifts and on weekends.
5. Passion for hospitality – you’re all about creating memorable experiences for others, be they guests or colleagues.
6. Fluent in English, good German knowledge, additional languages will be highly valuable.
7. You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.
8. A people person, you’re confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests.
9. You're looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here.
10. You're not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get stuff done.
11. You’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once.
12. If we got stuck in a lift together, we’d have a good time and share a few laughs.
13. You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way.
