• Ensuring a smooth service flow at the bar and at the tables during the day and evening business
• Preparation of drinks and cocktails according to A-ROSA standards
• Advising our guests on drink selection
• Interest in new trends and ideas for beverage development
• Preparation of the mise-en-place at the bar
