Job summary

Aquarius Gaming, LLC is seeking a bartender to mix and serve beverages in a fast-paced casino environment. You will deliver friendly, efficient service while following established recipes and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.

You must maintain bar cleanliness, manage stock, handle cash and POS procedures, and comply with gaming regulations and safety standards. Great communication and teamwork are essential to success in our dynamic beverage department.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bartending in a high-volume bar.
• Knowledge of basic drink recipes and proper pour measurements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service.
• Mix and serve beverages following established recipes, with food service when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area and equipment.
• Refill garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.

As the Bartender, you are responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and procedures, while also providing food and beverage service in accordance with venue standards when working in restaurant or lounge environments that offer food items
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including bar tops, and line equipment
• Refill and stock garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies
• Follow proper cash handling, comp, and POS (Info Genesis) procedures
• Maintain sound and music levels as directed by management
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume bar
• Basic knowledge of common drink recipes and proper pour measurements
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States
