Compensation: $15.00/hr + tips!

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Stock bar items daily.
• Fill ice bins as needed.
• Assume duties of bartender and cocktail waitress during breaks.
• Replace bottles on Easy System, including juices and beer kegs.
• Empty garbage and clean spills.
• Ensure guest and team member safety and security.

Skills to Help You Succeed:

• Strong work ethic

• Comfortable taking orders
• Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions
• Knowledge of bar equipment, Easy Bar System, ABC laws, and gaming laws
• Understanding of sanitation and health department regulations for alcohol handling
• Familiarity with CO2 gauges

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum six (6) months experience in food and beverage
• Ability to comply with all state gaming regulations, including obtaining a license if required

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for long periods without sitting or leaning
• Handle multi-tasking, exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently
• Lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects
• Climb, bend, stretch, twist, or reach
• Work under variable temperatures and noise levels
• Use near vision to see details at close range
