Studio Natura is a premium health deli chain from Berlin, offering smoothies, cold-pressed juices, matcha, coffee, and natural foods (sandwiches & bowls) — all free of refined sugars. We are on a mission to make healthy foods more accessible and convenient.

The position of Barista in one of our cafés is a challenging and exciting role. It requires a hands-on, inspiring, and creative person with an eye for detail and a love of coffee. Baristas are part of the beating heart of Studio Natura. The ideal candidate enjoys working with coffee and in a team to provide an outstanding experience for our guests.

Tasks

• Brew our excellent coffee following our set recipes: ensuring the coffee experience is a hallmark for everyone
• Manage orders with an impeccable customer approach
• Provide table service when necessary, acting as an impeccable host
• Clean and maintain machines, store, and equipment, prioritizing hygiene in daily work
• Represent the company's values in front of customers
• Provide feedback to management about daily operations

Requirements

• Friendly, committed, punctual, and enjoy working in a team
• Flexibility to work shifts (coordinated at least 4 weeks in advance)
• Passion for coffee
• Fluent German and good English skills
