About Raisin UK

Team

Relationship Management is primarily focused on managing day-to-day relationships with Raisin’s partner banks, owning or assisting in managing key accounts, and project managing the addition and expansion of new banks onto Raisin’s and our B2B partners' marketplaces. This includes improving their technical integration with us to ensure scalability and growth of their assets under management, which is essential for the long-term success of Raisin across Europe and the UK.
We are ultimately responsible for owning and managing our key relationships and accounts, taking direct responsibility for their performance and reporting, and bringing new savings products to the consumer market.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be capable of managing senior stakeholders both externally and internally. As a high-growth fintech company, the ability to handle multiple relationships and ad-hoc projects simultaneously is crucial.
Additionally, you will contribute to projects ranging from launching new savings products onto the marketplace to technical migrations of banks, among others. Our impact and stakeholders are broad, requiring us to prioritize effectively and communicate changes and their impacts clearly.

Tech Stack

Your Responsibilities
  • Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders of our partner banks daily.
  • Understanding our banks’ requirements and supporting their success on the Raisin platform, working closely with marketing and distribution teams.
  • Reporting on relationship and project progress to internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting the wider RM team with special projects and new product launches as needed.
  • Collaborating with global teams on key projects when required.
  • Maintaining up-to-date product information and documentation within our systems.

Your Profile
  • Over 2 years of proven experience managing relationships in financial services, banking, or high-growth startups.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • At least an undergraduate degree, preferably in finance.
  • A constant desire to learn, supported by available training budgets.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
We welcome applications from both mid-level professionals and senior candidates, provided you bring the right attitude—proactive and eager to make an impact!
