Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Advisor to report to the Store Manager as part of our team in Munich.

Your opportunity

To elevate the in-store customer experience with flawless service that dazzles. You will seek out and leverage opportunities to enhance sales and increase growth.

How you will contribute

  1. Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Understand current products, trends, and collections, and ensure customers are informed and aware.
  3. Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
  4. Handle customer complaints, seek assistance when necessary, and ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  5. Stay updated on customer requirements and operating procedures.
  6. Be aware of daily sales targets and performance; use appropriate sales techniques to meet them.
  7. Ensure understanding and adherence to procedures and policies.
  8. Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
  9. Adhere to security and health and safety regulations.
  10. Open and close the store as needed, following security protocols.
  11. Perform additional duties within the scope of the Sales Consultant role as necessary.

Who you are

  1. Previous experience in a similar role.
  2. Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face contact.
  3. Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure.
  4. Initiative in contact and communication.
  5. Motivated to be a team player with a common goal.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  7. Strong team orientation and consideration for colleagues.
  8. Ability to speak a second language fluently, with Mandarin or Russian highly advantageous.
