Job Title: Baker

As a Baker, you will be responsible for baking in a smooth manner and managing bakery operations, ensuring all areas meet the required standards. Your duties include baking daily according to business needs, supervising and coordinating bakery services in conjunction with the Executive Sous Chef, and collaborating with other Food and Beverage departments.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Assist in writing and verifying standard recipes for all dishes to ensure proper portion control, consistency in taste, and quality.
  2. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all bakery areas, including machinery, equipment, floors, and refrigerators.
  3. Supervise cooking standards, correcting them if necessary, to uphold high food and service quality daily.
  4. Contribute to maintaining excellent service levels in line with the minimum requirements of the LQA standards.
