We are seeking a highly skilled Mulesoft Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-wide integration projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the integration landscape of a global organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting and implementing Mulesoft solutions, along with strong leadership capabilities. Experience with MS Azure, Salesforce, Veeva, Workday, and SAP is essential. Familiarity with tools like Matillion and Azure Data Factory is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement scalable Mulesoft solutions aligned with business needs.
2. Drive performance, security, and best practices in Mulesoft architecture.
3. Lead Mulesoft projects from inception to deployment, managing timelines and deliverables.
4. Integrate Mulesoft with enterprise applications including Salesforce, SAP, Concur etc.
5. Utilize APIs and middleware for seamless third-party system integration.
6. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
7. Foster team collaboration through meetings and effective communication.
8. Customize and develop Mulesoft APIs and connectors.
9. Establish and enforce best practices in development and configuration.
10. Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
11. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across different implementation phases.
12. Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
13. Participate in agile processes such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
14. Document technical solutions and provide training/support to end-users.
15. Oversee post-implementation support, including Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 7+ years of hands-on Mulesoft development and architecture experience.
3. Strong expertise in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, API Manager, and DataWeave.
4. Proven experience integrating Salesforce, Workday, MS Azure, and SAP.
5. Experience with data integration tools like Matillion and Azure Data Factory.
6. Proficiency in REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML will be added advantage.
7. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Github, Gearset, etc.).
8. Mulesoft Certified Developer/Architect certification is highly desirable.
9. Additional certifications in Salesforce, Workday, Azure, or SAP are a plus.
10. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
11. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
