WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As our team is continuously growing, we are looking for a Backend Web Developer (m/f/d) on-site in Ismaning specializing in Java to further develop and maintain our Enterprise XR Streaming Platform, Hololight Hub.

YOUR MISSION

• Integrate Hololight Hub with On-Premises & Cloud based virtualization platforms (e.g. VMware, AWS and Azure)
• Collaborate closely with product managers and frontend/backend developers to design and implement new platform features
• Apply industry best practices to ensure high-quality, performant and maintainable code

YOUR PROFILE

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years developing Java-based, web-hosted platforms (Java 17 or higher)
• Strong proficiencyin Java, Spring Boot and SQL
• Proven experienced integrating with virtualization SDKs (VMware, AWS and Azure)
• Experience with Enterprise IT system such as Active Directory and Network Attached Storage (NAS)
• Solid understanding of Windows Server operating systems

Beneficial:

• Python programming experience
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
• Interest or experience in virtual and augmented reality technologies
• Familiarity with GPU-based applications and their deployment in virtualized environments
