• 6+ years of professional backend experience and a passion for clean, efficient code
• A proactive, self-improving mindset that thrives in agile teams
• Proficiency in PHP and Symfony (bonus points for other frameworks)
• Solid MySQL skills—you know your joins from your indexes
• Familiarity with SOLID and DRY principles, OOP, and RESTful API design
• Fluent English (German is a plus)
