How you will create an impact:

• Use your vision to inspire clients and implement their business processes and strategies in software
• Collaborate with consultants, UX designers, and technical experts to develop innovative software solutions
• Understand client needs, identify synergies, and define project scopes and estimates from the start
• Manage the lifecycle of your low-code software solutions
• Design user experiences for mobile and web applications based on research and best practices
• Develop personalized UI analytics dashboards
• Ensure user experience is central to all applications; frontend skills (JavaScript, CSS, HTML) are a plus

About you:

• Possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, with at least three years of experience in software development
• Experience with OutSystems low-code platform, understanding best practices, architecture, and performance
• Ability to work independently and in team environments
• Maintain valuable unit tests, work confidently with object-oriented code, and code effectively without relying on AI co-pilots
• Proficient with creating and consuming REST APIs
• Experience building from scratch and maintaining existing systems
• Strong ownership, feedback, and risk-taking attitude
• Bonus: experience with database management (SQL, PostgreSQL), AI model integration, and workflow documentation
• Motivated to learn and grow
• Excellent communication skills, proactive and reliable work ethic, enthusiasm for working with clients and teams
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
