What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using C# / .NET (Core and Framework)
• Work on mission-critical applications that comply with medical data regulations (e.g. GDPR, MDR)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and medical consultants
• Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and secure database access (SQL Server)
• Optimize performance and reliability of backend systems in a cloud-based environment (Azure preferred)
• Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior developers

What You Bring

• Fluent German (C1+) and professional English communication skills
• 3+ years of experience with C# / .NET backend development
• Solid experience with SQL, REST APIs, microservices, and modern DevOps workflows
• Experience in healthcare, med-tech , or other regulated environments is a plus
• A passion for clean code, testing, and meaningful work
