About the Role:

We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to help build and scale the core services that power our AI platform. This role is about depth — systems architecture, distributed computing, and backend reliability. You’ll work on foundational components like data orchestration, identity and access, audit logging, or job scheduling — the “invisible glue” that makes the platform work.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services used across the platform.
• Own infrastructure-level decisions and long-term technical health.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Solution Architects to support real-world use cases.
• Monitor performance, optimize systems, and improve observability and reliability.
• Help evolve our service architecture and scaling strategies.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years experience in backend or systems engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Go and Python.
• Prior experience working with microservice architecture, containerization and orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with infrastructure tools like Kubernetes, Kafka, Postgres, or Terraform.
• Bonus: Experience in AWS, enterprise SaaS, or AI/ML infra.
