Tasks

As a Technology Expert (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Central customer contact at the Porsche Center, particularly for questions regarding e-mobility and Connect servicesExpert and internal knowledge multiplier regarding new product content (e.g., Porsche Connect, Porsche E-Performance)Conducting internal basic training on e-mobility and connectivityConducting second deliveries and customer events to provide detailed explanations of the vehicle, with a focus on e-performance and Porsche ConnectConducting presentations and tutorialsResponsible for the charging infrastructure at and in the Porsche CenterGenerating interest and fascination for the Porsche brand and our products

Requirements

Your qualifications:

Completed technical or business training or degreeSeveral years of experience in dealing with end customersKnowledge of the automotive industry and retail, as well as enthusiasm for key trends and changes in Automotive industryHigh technical affinity and a keen interest in connectivity and electrificationCommunication skills, a strong customer and service focus, and enthusiasmStrong presentation skillsA high degree of personal responsibility, initiative, and creativityKnowledge of MS Office applicationsGood English skillsClass B driver's license
