Your mission

As a B2C Operations Manager, you are at the heart of ensuring seamless, reliable, and efficient operational processes that directly impact customer satisfaction and business success within the B2B & B2C area. With a strong focus on shipping, warehouse operations, and dispute resolution, your goal is to drive excellence across the entire post-purchase journey. By leveraging data insights and fostering cross-functional collaboration, you will enhance performance, reduce operational friction, and elevate service quality.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee all shipping and logistics processes to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient delivery of orders.
• Manage warehouse operations with a focus on productivity, inventory accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
• Handle dispute and revoke management processes, ensuring fast, fair, and solution-oriented outcomes for customers.
• Coordinate legal and tax-related communications, ensuring full compliance and proactive handling of potential issues.
• Own operational improvements in technology and tooling to support quality, scalability, and reliability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Success Support, Tech) to optimize workflows and ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
• Use data to monitor and assess operational performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
• Design and implement cost-saving initiatives across shipping, warehouse, and customer operations—without compromising service quality.
• Identify operational risks early and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard business continuity and customer trust.

Your profile

• You have 2+ years of proven experience in a Customer Operations or a similar Operations-facing position.
• You enjoy providing valuable feedback to your team, adjusting your work based on quarterly feedback, and actively pursuing additional insights for personal and team development.
• You excel at managing a busy workload, supporting and guiding team members to ensure smooth workflows for our customers.
• You take an active role in projects, guide your peers, and eagerly tackle problems, always seeking ways to improve and grow.
• You are a team player who respects and contributes to fostering a positive work environment while agilely handling challenges.
• You are fluent in English; German is a nice-to-have.
