B2C Growth Marketing Manager - FinTech Focus (m/f/d)

Position: B2C Growth Marketing Manager – FinTech Focus (m/f/d)

Type: Permanent, full-time

Locations: Berlin, Amsterdam, Stockholm - flexible working conditions available

Responsibilities:
  1. Design, implement, and optimize B2C campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement across the customer journey.
  2. Manage campaign budgets, develop detailed campaign concepts, and tailor messaging for each marketing funnel phase.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through meetings and workshops to ensure campaign alignment and timely execution.
  4. Define and execute engagement strategies to resonate with our target audience, reflecting their needs and preferences.
  5. Analyze and report campaign performance using KPIs, and turn insights into actionable improvements.
  6. Work with cross-functional teams to identify target groups, recommend content formats, and maintain engagement across channels.
  7. Present campaign insights regularly and propose strategic enhancements.
Your Profile:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2C marketing, ideally within FinTech, Tech, or BNPL sectors.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
  • Experience in storytelling and clear communication.
  • Hands-on mentality with some experience in asset creation is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; German is a plus but not mandatory.
