We are looking for a
B2C Growth Marketing Manager – FinTech Focus (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Design, implement, and optimize B2C campaigns that drive both user acquisition and engagement across the entire customer journey.
  • Own and manage campaign budgets, developing detailed campaign concepts and messaging tailored to each phase of the marketing funnel.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meetings and workshops to ensure campaign alignment, timely execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Define and implement engagement strategies to ensure content resonates with our target audience and reflects their needs and preferences.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance using clear KPIs, turning insights into actionable recommendations to continuously improve results.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify target groups, recommend effective content formats, and drive consistent engagement across multiple channels.
  • Regularly present campaign insights to stakeholders, sharing learnings and proposing strategic improvements.

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline

  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in B2C marketing, ideally within the FinTech, Tech or BNPL sector

  • You are data-driven and capable of analyzing and optimizing campaign performance

  • You possess strong organizational skills and a proactive approach

  • You are experienced in storytelling and clear communication

  • You have a hands-on mentality and ideally some experience in asset creation

  • Fluency in English is a must, while German is a nice-to-have, but not mandatory
