Your tasks are as follows :
- Customer inquiries via email and phone are handled with care and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide customers with replacement orders, refunds, or general assistance.
- Monitor and analyze customer reviews across different channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Your profile
- You have a degree or relevant training in a related field (beneficial but not mandatory).
- You already have experience in customer support or a similar role (a plus but not required).
- You speak French and German on a excellent level, English is a plus.
- You are located in Berlin or willing to relocate for the job.
- You are proficient in customer support tools and software.
- You work in a structured and solution-oriented way.
- You have a proactive mindset and strong customer orientation.
- You excel at multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
