Miet24 is transforming corporate mobility with flexible, long-term car rentals for businesses. Based in Berlin, we are scaling rapidly across Germany and, mid-term, across Europe. We are now looking for a driven B2B Sales Manager (Field Sales Representative) to accelerate our growth, acquire new corporate clients, and build strategic partnerships.
Role Overview
As a B2B Sales Manager (m / f / d) (Field Sales Representative), you will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, fleet operators, and mobility partners. Your role is key to expanding our market presence, closing high-value contracts, and optimizing sales strategies for sustainable growth.

Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales (mobility, leasing, automotive, or SaaS preferred)
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Ability to engage confidently with C-level decision-makers in corporate mobility and fleet management
Strong command of German and English (business-level proficiency); knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
