We offer the finest coffee and equipment to over 150,000 customers online and in our Cafés, driven by our goal to make high-end coffee experiences enjoyable and accessible to all. We foster direct trade relationships with coffee farmers worldwide, pay high prices for the coffee beans, and ensure everyone involved in the value chain gets treated fairly and respectfully. For every kilogram of coffee we sell, we donate €1 to help support sustainable improvements in coffee-growing areas, such as providing clean drinking water, hygiene training, and coffee labs. Your role

We are looking for a self-driven and motivated Sales Manager whose goal is to acquire new Gastro customers (Cafés, Restaurants, Catering companies, offices, etc.) who will serve Coffee Circle coffee to their clients and employees and take their social responsibility seriously. You will start by focusing on the Berlin area, and later expand our reach to possible customers throughout Germany. Your responsibilities will also include account management.

Your profile

  • Solid Specialty coffee knowledge and experience (min. 2 years): you already have the skillset to showcase how to brew our coffee in an optimal way by using professional equipment
  • Fluency in English and German close to a native level is a must
  • Previous sales experience is what would make your application tick
  • Outstanding communication and network-building skills
  • Ability to negotiate, inspire, and create long-term relationships
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: you proactively come up with solutions that could improve our B2B offering and customer experience
  • Consolidated knowledge of Microsoft Office / GSuite package
  • Driving licence class B is a must
